The building is divided into three blocks. The 5-story podium on a 1 level basement parking contains a shopping mall, a hypermarket and facilities for the hotel. The 27-storey hotel tower is located in the north part of the site and the 23-storey office block is in the south.
Participated role:
In charge of modeling for conceptual design, 3D Visualization, 2D CAD drawings, prepare the presentstion with clients.
